For US and Canada shipments, a telephone number is required by the Swiss postal service. Otherwise the shipment will not be completed.

Packaging

Our mails are packed depending on the weight and thickness of your order. We use various sizes such as  C6, C5 or bubble envelopes to pack your happy orders.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Shop with Anaïs is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping is the responsibility of the customer (extra tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Shop with Anaïs is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. We take pride in our quality control and packaging standards and if you received your order damaged, please directly contact the shipment carrier ASAP. Once the package is out of our hands, we can only trust the carrier to deliver it to you safe and sound.
